Limestone for Kitchens, Bathrooms and Living Spaces
As a limestone supplier, Winway works with importers, wholesalers, contractors and project buyers who need stone that behaves predictably across a whole building. Limestone is a sedimentary rock composed mainly of the mineral calcite, which is a calcium carbonate, as described in Kansas Geological Survey notes on limestone. That mineral makeup is why the stone reads as a soft, even surface rather than a highly veined one. It's also why it suits floors, walls and wet areas when the right variety is chosen.
Our limestone range covers tiles for kitchen, house, bathroom and apartment use. Buyers order it alongside marble, granite, quartz and sintered stone from the same quotation. That keeps one contact, one packing standard and one loading plan for the whole project. We don't own a stone factory. We source, inspect and consolidate, and we tell you plainly which part of the job sits with us and which sits with the quarry.
If you're comparing limestone manufacturers, the practical questions are usually about colour consistency between batches, how the stone is packed for sea freight, and what happens if a crate arrives damaged. We answer those in writing before you commit. The same answers stay in the file when the container is loaded.

What Buyers Get With a Limestone Order
Four things that matter when limestone moves from a quarry in one country to a site in another.
Colour Checked Before Loading
Limestone varies from layer to layer. We review the stone against your approved sample before packing, so the tone you signed off is the tone that ships.
Packing Photos on Request
Packing photos before shipment are available on request. You see how the crates are built and how the stone sits inside before the container leaves Foshan.
One Container, Several Categories
Limestone can travel with tiles, sanitaryware, doors and cabinets in a single container, which simplifies customs paperwork and site delivery for your team.
Installation Guidance
We can send architects to guide the construction on site, or send a construction team to carry out the work. As our client, you do not need to provide construction personnel.
Choosing Between Limestone and Other Natural Stone
Most limestone layers formed from marine sediment deposited on sea floors, although some formed in freshwater lakes and rivers and even on dry land, according to Kansas Geological Survey limestone descriptions. Sources for the calcite include seashells. That origin explains the fossil traces and the fine, uniform grain that many buyers want for floors and wall cladding. Pure limestone is white or almost white, and layers often contain sand, organic remains, iron oxide and other impurities that turn them a variety of colors from yellow to gray to red. If you need a white limestone or a lighter or darker tone, tell us the direction and we will show you what is currently available.
Limestone has long served as a construction material in buildings and, historically, in bridges. So it carries a long record in load-bearing and cladding work. In a modern project, it usually competes with marble for interior floors and with granite for heavy traffic areas. Marble gives you movement and veining; limestone gives you calm and consistency across large areas. Many of our clients use limestone for the main floor and bathrooms, then bring in quartz or sintered stone for kitchen countertops where stain resistance matters more.

Questions buyers ask
Can I get limestone samples before placing a full order?
Yes. Samples are free of charge across all product categories, and you only pay the international shipping cost. This lets you physically check the tone, surface texture and grain of the limestone before you commit to a bulk order. Tell us which applications matter most, such as kitchen, house, bathroom or apartment, and we will prepare the sample set around them.
How do you keep colour consistent between limestone batches?
Natural stone moves in tone from layer to layer, so we work from an approved sample. Production materials are checked against that sample, and custom orders include a pre-production sample approval step before full manufacturing begins. If a later batch drifts, we tell you before loading rather than after the container arrives at your port.
Do you work with limestone tile suppliers in Foshan?
Winway sources stone from established suppliers and coordinates the order from our Foshan base. We do not own a stone factory, so our role is selection, inspection, consolidation and shipping. Every order goes through documented quality control before shipping, and third-party inspection reports and factory audit documentation are available on request for any product line.
Can limestone ship together with other building materials?
Yes. Building materials from different categories can be consolidated into one container from our Foshan warehouse, and we help customers fill the containers by model and quantity without wasting container space. For limestone tiles ordered alongside sanitaryware or doors, this usually means one set of export documents and one delivery point at your end.
